Last night I had the most wonderful dream.  I was with Ammachi (Amma, the hugging saint).  She was giving a talk, when she was finished, she took my hand and we went for a long walk in the park.  There were yellow roses everywhere.  She asked me if I knew where the seventh heaven was.  I said “The Himalaya’s?” (I was trying to say Shamballah; however, it wouldn’t come out of my mouth!) and she just giggled.

As we walked in the park, people were stopping to talk and take pictures of her.  It was so nice to be with her and soak up that Divine Mother Goddess energy!

For the past several months, I have been doing a lot of energy work clearing up DNA encoding, ancestral patterns, family programming, timelines, morphogenic fields, and more.

Doing this work has been exhausting, confusing, with a huge releasing of old energy.  As I drifted off to sleep last night, I demanded that I be given some evidence of change.  Inside, I knew there was change; however, I wanted something to show up that was unmistakable and my dream with Amma was enough evidence for me.

Ammachi holds the Divine Mother Goddess frequency here on Earth.  She has “called” me to her before and has always made it easy for me to see her in person when that is appropriate.  I hope this means that I will see her again soon!

I share this with YOU to let you know that whatever work you’re doing to create a life that you love is perfect.  Even if you don’t SEE the evidence right in front of you, change is happening.  Don’t give up and don’t ever doubt yourself!

What choices have you made that are bringing JOY to your NOW?

This weekend I had the immense pleasure of spending time with Krystina Morgainne of Potential Within at her home here in Southern California.  We sat amongst beautiful trees, a variety of animals, delicious snacks, wine and flower essence concentrates creating a NEW essence and magical soap blend for our participants (who we are VERY excited to meet) coming to our inaugural Madly in Love with Life retreat next month (Oct. 12-14) in Coarsegold, California…the foothills of majestic Yosemite.

In this age of electronic relationships, it was so refreshing to be together physically, laughing and enjoying her beautiful back yard as the statue of Quan Yin observed and flowed Her energy.  Together we combined divination and intuition to create an essence blend to support our clients for the weekend and beyond.

We created a schedule for the event (with lots of flexibility and flow) and I left her home with a feeling of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming retreat.

I am so grateful for the Divine “Hottie” Goddess  that Krystina is (truly!)…How lucky am I to have such a wonderful, high vibrating Being to work with, who consistently reflects a state of Love, non-judgment and a focused intention to help others in the world.

On the drive home, I thought of all the people who “stand out” in my life and the beautiful reflection they provide for me to bask in.

I invite you to take some time this week to create some time for some “in person” connecting.  Go outside of your comfort zone (get out from behind that computer!) and make a connection that involves ALL aspects of you.

As I was driving the children to school this morning, I was in a state of gratitude for the cool weather, the beautiful trees that line Victoria Avenue and the magical Ravens who easily receive their breakfast from the previous nights demise of little creatures trying to cross the street….

I then had to laugh at myself (yes, I do that often) when I remembered that there was a time when driving the children to school was not a joy at all.  I had chosen to be in a lower vibration of complaining about the lack of bus service, the distance the school was from our home, the major two lane 55 mile per hour road that I had to take to get there and more….every morning I was irritable and as you can imagine, that is not the best way to send children off to school!

One day, I asked the question, “What would it take for my drive…taking the kids to school in the morning, to be more fun, more fulfilling, more rewarding and more profitable than anything I could ever imagine is possible?”

As you probably can imagine, everything shifted for me instantly….the ride literally became a joy for all of us.  I was no longer cranky, I found another route to take that was filled with more ease and beauty, I was able to RECEIVE a lot of wonderful ideas and information to implement into my day and into my business and began to look forward to this special time.

How does it get any better than that?

I am happy to say, that shifting my perception regarding anything and anyone is a lot quicker and easier than ever before.  It’s just a choice that I make moment by moment, that ALWAYS brings more ease into my life.

Who’s in charge here?

From past experience, if I PUSH through and ignore this awareness, things do not go smoothly and frustration arrives saying “See, I told you so!”

I’ve learned to trust the awareness that says “stop, rest and be still”…however, I still choose to “argue”…my logical mind just requires a bit of “say so” in order to feel heard…

What is your AWARENESS saying to you right now?  Are you listening?  Is there something being suggested that you’ve been ignoring for a while?  Do you allow your logical mind to overrule anything that “doesn’t make sense”?  What would it take for you to trust this very wise aspect of YOU?

Learning to listen to and follow the guidance of your awareness (also called intuition, higher self, etc.) is sometimes difficult when we are surrounded by people who want everything to “make sense”.

We are taught to “figure it out”, “think about it” and do the “logical” thing from the time we are children.

From my perspective, when it “makes sense”, that just means we’re comfortable and when it doesn’t “make sense”, we’ve just come up to the demarcation line of our comfort zone with the opportunity to step forward and explore something new or run in terror.

Today is a holiday here in the U. S. and I am so grateful not to have to wake up to the sound of an ALARM this morning!

I love days when I can wake up naturally and flow into my day with total ease. What would it take to create MORE of those kinds of days in my life?

I haven’t even left my room yet, and I can tell that today is unique and special. I’m looking forward to receiving ALL of this energy as I flow through my day, playing with my projects, children, family and friends.
